I recall hearing about green tea for the very first time about ten years ago. It has been around for a long time, but it was not some-thing that was hip til then. Some even claim it helps boost the immune system, so it might help those with HIV/AIDS. In an effort to get these fantastic benefits of green-tea however, it is recommended that milk not be added to the tea when it's ingested. It tends to bond with certain molecules with in the tea that could block some of the healing properties of the tea.
There are several ways to reap the benefits of green tea. Many like to have a cup or 2 each day, & there are also green tea supplements.
