How to set up handsfree answering on a Panasonic KX-T7433 phone?

At work I have a Panasonic KX-T7433 phone, one of the girls has hers set up with a headset so that she can answer without lifting the receiver, just by pressing the “speakerphone” button.

Unfortunately this was set up by the previous receptionist and we don’t know how to set up the other phones like this. Does anyone have any ideas?
