How to change the size of pictures in Picasa 3?

I just downloaded the free new Picasa 3 image editing software. I need to reduce the size of some pictures i took on my camera in order to put them on craigslist. They’re too big right now and won’t upload. Does anyone know how to reduce the size of the picture once you open it in Picasa? I can’t seem to find the option for it. Please help. Thanks.
